/level view to see exactly where you stand, and /leaderboard to see how you stack up against everyone else.
The level system is only active in the main Xtreme Weather server. XP is not earned in other servers where Snowball is present.
How XP works
1
Chat in the server
Send a message in any eligible channel. You earn between 15 and 25 XP per message, with a 60-second cooldown between XP gains so spamming doesn’t help.
2
Earn XP and fill your level bar
Each message adds to your total XP. The amount of XP needed to reach the next level increases as you level up.
3
Level up
Once your XP crosses the threshold for the next level, Snowball levels you up automatically. A level-up announcement is posted in the server’s level-up channel.
4
Claim your reward
If you crossed a reward milestone, Snowball sends you a DM with the details of what you’ve unlocked. Check your DMs after leveling up at a milestone level.
Viewing your level card
Use/level view to see your personalized level card. It shows:
- Your current level
- Your total XP and how much XP you need to reach the next level
- Your weekly XP earned in the past 7 days
- Your server rank — your position relative to everyone else in the server
user option:
user, Snowball shows your own card.
Viewing the leaderboard
Use/leaderboard to open the server leaderboard. By default it shows the Snowflake economy rankings, but you can switch to the Levels view using the dropdown menu that appears below the leaderboard. The levels leaderboard shows each user’s level and total XP, sorted from highest to lowest. Use the Previous and Next buttons to page through results, and Jump to you to find your own position.
